Power of Attorney

Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) allow you to appoint people to act on your behalf during your lifetime, should you become unable to make your own decisions. They can cover property and financial affairs and/or health and welfare.

We can assist and advise you in the creation of LPAs, who to appoint and how much authority you choose to give them. We will also deal with the registration of new LPAs and can also advise on the registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney.
