Management of Affairs

There are times when it is necessary for you to hand over the running of your affairs to someone else. We have a great deal of experience in efficiently managing affairs for a range of clients and can have as much or as little involvement as you require.

If someone close to you has become incapable of managing their affairs we can deal with Court of Protection applications. The most common application is for somebody to be appointed as Deputy to act for them. One of our solicitors can also act as Deputy if there is nobody more appropriate or willing to act.
